Copart Vehicle Auction History by VIN
See every Copart and IAAI listing we can find for a VIN, each with its own date, odometer reading, reported damage, title document and photos.
Why auction history matters
Copart and IAAI sell large numbers of insurance total losses, recovered thefts, fleet and dealer vehicles. Many are repaired and sold again, sometimes in another state or country. A listing is a dated snapshot: what the car looked like, how far it had been driven and what paperwork it had at that moment.
How AutoBimer presents it
- One entry per listing. If a VIN was offered three times, you see three entries, never a merged summary.
- Sale results labelled precisely. "Sold price" appears only when the source confirms the sale. A high bid on an unsold lot is shown as a final bid.
- Photos tied to their listing. Photo sets are grouped by lot, so you can compare the car before and after a repair.
- Records compared. The insights section checks whether odometer readings rise over time and whether damage or title documents changed between listings.
What an empty result means
Most vehicles never pass through a salvage auction, and the indexed data does not include every sale. No record is not a clean bill of health. Combine auction history with a title history report and an in-person inspection.
